Requests submitted after 30 days will no longer qualify for a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The service or consultation has already been completed or accessed.

  • The project was paused or canceled by the client after partial work.

  • A refund was requested after results or deliverables were sent.

In specific circumstances, Seorak may offer partial refunds or service credit as an alternative solution.

4. Processing Time

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.


5. Dispute Handling

In case of any chargeback or dispute filed through a payment provider, Seorak reserves the right to submit proof of delivery and compliance records.
